Terms of Use ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. The services that TEKSA provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). TEKSA reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. Through its Web Sites, TEKSA provides you with access to a variety of resources, including download areas, articles and product information (collectively "Services").
