1. Commitment: Is there a primary entrepreneur committed to the development of the product? Are all parties supportive? Who is on your team?  Are they adequate? 


2. Product Market: Is there a market for your product and do you know how and where to market it? Do you have a business plan, or do you need one? 


3. Competitive Advantage: Is there a competitive advantage for the product? 


4. Feasibility: Has the technology proven to be feasible (e.g., in pilot studies)?


5. Product to Market: How many months until the first delivery of a product or process? 


6. Anticipated Needs (General): What capital or human resources will be needed to bring the product to market? 


7. Projected Growth in Employment: What is the potential for substantial growth and job creation? 


8. Exit Strategy: What will be your exit strategy?


9. Corporate Structure: What is your present/planned corporate structure?


10. Company Grouping/Cluster: Does your company fit into one of the following technology clusters?
