How do I pay TEKSA for its services?

Your company barters stock and/or royalties and/or a board position for TEKSA services. TEKSA never takes more than ten percent of a Portfolio Company's stock or more than five percent of the company's royalties. These percentages are individualized for each company, and depend on how developed your company is. For example, if you seek TEKSA's help with only an idea in mind, and we help you with incorporation decisions and documents, accounting, company name, company logo, business plan, etc., it is likely that TEKSA will require ten percent of your equity and possibly a royalty stream as well. Yes, Portfolio Companies can move business equipment such as desks or computers into the TEKSA/INCELL office building. On the other hand, companies can use our existing facilities and equipment as needed. Currently, TEKSA is housed with INCELL Corportation, but is looking for a second location in which multiple Portfolio Companies can set up offices. All Portfolio Companies can use the TEKSA business address and phone line, however, even if they are working out of their home or are currently still in another job position. Back to top
